Weird forecast done in Indian movie!

Shivaji The Boss is a 2007 film produced by Shankar in which Rajinikanth plays the lead role. The film shows that the protagonist Shivaji tries to do good things for the society with his money but the corrupt system lands him in jail.

To take revenge, Shivaji steals black money from corrupt people and converts it into white money, and distributes it among the poor and needy. Villain tries to kill Shivaji. Shivaji is brought back to life using advanced medical techniques. In the end Shivaji kills the villain and gets hold of all the black money.

The end credits featured a reference by director Shankar and story writer Sujatha that said:

“Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes should be banned to stop the flow of black money.”

You know what happened after a decade… Demonetisation!

The pen of this newspaper in the end credits said that all Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes should be replaced with Rs 100 notes within a month by showing ID proof, else the notes would be declared invalid.
