Step 01:
Cut fish fillets into desired size and season with salt and pepper.

Step 02:
In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and hot sauce.

Step 03:
In another shallow dish, mix together flour, cornmeal, and seasoning.

Step 04:
Dip fish fillets in egg mixture, then coat in flour mixture.

Step 05:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 06:
Place fish fillets in the hot oil and cook until golden brown.

Step 07:
Flip fish fillets and cook until the other side is also golden brown.

Step 08:
Remove fish fillets from the skillet and place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
